Testimonials

”I cannot recommend Crystal highly enough. She came into my life through a random encounter on a walk, and it turned out to be one of the most meaningful and supportive connections for both me and my dog. After an off-leash dog encounter that resulted in me being bitten and my dog becoming reactive, Crystal stepped in with compassion, knowledge, and practical tools that truly made a difference.

Crystal has been so much more than a dog trainer. She has been a genuine support system. When my dog went in for major dental surgery, Crystal was there for me, always just a phone call or text away, offering advice, reassurance, and tried-and-true tools for anxiety, first aid, and recovery. She even came with me to pick my girl up from the vet after surgery, helping me think of the questions my brain just wasn’t able to ask, supporting us in the car ride home, and walking in with us to make sure we were both okay after such a tough day. That meant more than I can put into words.

My dog also has arthritis in her spine, and Crystal has recommended everything from heated blankets to bone broth recipes, along with ongoing check-ins and guidance to keep her comfortable and thriving.

One moment that truly showed me how incredible Crystal is was when my dog was bitten on a Sunday long weekend and my vet in Squamish was closed. Crystal came over in person to give my pup the first aid she needed. When the vet finally opened a few days later, they confirmed they wouldn’t have done anything differently and praised us for doing the right thing. That firsthand experience and level of care meant the world to me.

Her personal experience with her own dog, Dobby, is a true example of how we can improve our dogs’ lives with patience and understanding, and that philosophy shines through in all of her training and care. It is so clear that Crystal genuinely cares. This is not just a business transaction for her.

I am incredibly grateful for her support so far and truly look forward to continuing this journey with Crystal and Dobby. She has been a blessing for both me and my dog, and I cannot recommend her enough.”
